Participant fees include registration, all SAR sessions, housing, onsite recreation, meals, snacks, airport shuttle to the facility and field trip to the Kinsey Institute.

University credit, massage therapy sessions, meals after the Kinsey Institute tour, gifts from the Kinsey Institute, and phone cards (required for any outgoing calls) will be in addition to the regular registration fees.

Please register for the SAR at least three business days in advance.

All payments must be received in advance of the training. For agencies requesting payment after the training an additional fee will be required. Please contact ish@ppin.org for more information.

AASECT CEs

Applications for CE’s from the American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists (AASECT: www.aasect.org) has been submitted. AASECT CE’s may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification.

University Credit

Undergraduate or graduate credit is available to university students through Indiana University for an additional fee.

Arrivals and Departures

Participants must stay for the entire SAR to participate. Late arrivals and early departures are not permitted due to the nature of the retreat.

The SAR will start promptly at 3pm on Monday June 2nd. Participants needing a free shuttle to Waycross from the Indianapolis International Airport should indicate that need through early registration. Participants may arrive as early as needed on Monday June 2nd.

Participants must leave the facility by 3:30 Friday June 15th. Participants needing a free shuttle from Waycross to the Indianapolis International Airport should indicate that need through early registration.

Cancellation and refund policy

You may cancel your registration up to five working days before the SAR. Your fee will be refunded minus a $50 enrollment charge.

If you need to cancel fewer than five days prior to the designated training, you may send a substitute participant.

No refunds or substitutions will be given to participants who do not attend (without canceling) or who are late and therefore not admitted to the retreat.

If, for any reason, Planned Parenthood of Indiana needs to cancel the SAR we will make every effort to contact individuals as far in advance as possible. If we are unable to reschedule the training, the full registration fee will be refunded to the registrant.

Refunds will not be given to individuals who are not admitted due to lateness or who choose not to stay for any portion of a training.

Discounts


Discounts cannot be applied using online registration.

The following discounts may be available for participants:

When three of more people from one workplace register they may ask for a 15% discount.

Current college students may receive a 15% discount with a photocopy of their current student ID.

Occasionally Planned Parenthood of Indiana can offer reduced fee scholarships to participants. Please contact the Institute on Sexual Health at ish@ppin.org or (317) 637-4364 to inquire.

Discounts cannot be combined - only one discount per person per training will be honored.
